I, James D. Watkins, chairman of PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS and president of ODYSSEY WORKS & ECLIPSE ENTERPRISES have coordinated the financial structure for PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS and will be offering investment opportunities and/or equity placement for those who wish to financially partake in the NEW ERA of art. Minimum investments are $800. There is no maximum for investment. Investment opportunities are; seed/start-up money and/or Minimum Investment Placement (M.I.P.) and Investment Option Plan (I.O.P.). Any and all initial investments are guaranteed back to the investor and that's where the difference is with this investment plan, the investor doesn't lose out on their initial investment. The R.O.I. (Return On Investment) can be double or more if financial projections come through, but the initial investment is guaranteed back regardless.
Since I orchestrated PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS to be versatile, an investor may wish to invest in a particular project, product or production instead of the overall company investment. PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS has an artistic arsenal that can rival any opponent. I will be scheduling free meetings for those interested. There will be non-disclosure forms to sign and that is to ensure confidentiality. Below is a photo of the mighty Niagara Falls and the initial location for my proposed indoor theme-park. There will be projects in that area to capitalize from the Toronto and Upstate New York areas. I have created the PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS Ticketline to handle ticket transactions for my shows. I have sooooooo many ideas that I see others who come out with the same or similiar ideas. That doesn't deter myself because I will eventually bring my ideas to the marketplace but of course in this society one needs capital bring them to life and try to be first in the marketplace with them.

XTV
68,000 people a month see my public access show in Rochester, New York. The show is called XTV and it goes behind the scenes and airs footage that others have not seen just yet. Janella Betances is my city-coordinator and her website is; www.lyrikmag.com; and Rick Osborne and Yolanda Simmons are the station producers. It airs on a monthly basis and is considered a 'special' program. XTV's. For the month of February and March I will give Rochester a special sneek-peak of three promos; 'MIND, POWER & MAGIC', 'THE MUSIC OF EDEN' and 'THE DISAPPEARANCE OF NEW YORK' along with the magical music-video 'DIAMONDS & PEARLS' among other unseen products and I will spotlight the video-movie showing of 'SOUL DECISION' (go to the 'SOUL DECISION' link) and simple ignorance in our society. www.rctv.org

Ranila - is a LA model and actress. She is in the magical music-video 'DIAMONDS & PEARLS', the pay-per-view movie 'TEDDY', which is about a girl who loves her teddy-bear and that bear who loves her back and she is slated to star in the pay-per-view movie 'DIVINITY SCULPTURED' which is about a statue that comes to life for her creator. SHATTERSTAR - 'Shatterstar' is my online hero. Her real name is Circa Tria (get it, CIRCUITRY) and she was literally pulled into the world wide web. Now, she has learned that she has amazing abilities to be able to live inside the internet. There are, however, evil computer codes and viruses bent on destroying mankind. SHATTERSTAR's mission to stop these evil entiites from sucking more of mankind into the world wide web. This is a free visual story that will read much like an internet comic book.
