I, James D. Watkins, chairman of PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS and president of ODYSSEY WORKS & ECLIPSE ENTERPRISES have coordinated the financial structure for PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS and will be offering investment opportunities and/or equity placement for those who wish to financially partake in the NEW ERA of art. Minimum investments are $800. There is no maximum for investment. Investment opportunities are; seed/start-up money and/or Minimum Investment Placement (M.I.P.) and Investment Option Plan (I.O.P.). Any and all initial investments are guaranteed back to the investor and that's where the difference is with this investment plan, the investor doesn't lose out on their initial investment. The R.O.I. (Return On Investment) can be double or more if financial projections come through, but the initial investment is guaranteed back regardless.
Since I orchestrated PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS to be versatile, an investor may wish to invest in a particular project, product or production instead of the overall company investment. PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS has an artistic arsenal that can rival any opponent. I will be scheduling free meetings for those interested. There will be non-disclosure forms to sign and that is to ensure confidentiality. There will be projects in that area to capitalize from the Toronto and Upstate New York areas. I have created the PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS Ticketline to handle ticket transactions for my shows. I have sooooooo many ideas that I see others who come out with the same or similiar ideas. That doesn't deter myself because I will eventually bring my ideas to the marketplace but of course in this society one needs capital bring them to life and try to be first in the marketplace with them.

I have designed, developed and created a section titled 'DAWN OF THE SUPERHEROES' and it will be where occassionally I will present a superhero concept be it live stage acting, storybooks or through other means. Coming soon.....

Some of you previously inquired on several aspects on my operation. First, are you familiar with the character 'SYLAR' from the t.v. show 'HEROES'? Even though there are other 'heroes', 'SYLAR' is a force to be reckoned with because he is a force of nature and relentless. Even when the government set-out to capture those with special abilities the only one they couldn't easily capture, contain and control was 'SYLAR'. That is because he wasn't as 'soft' as the other 'heroes'. He was on a mission to become a collective and powerful force all unto himself.'
That is how I feel. At times the surge of creativity flows through my body so strongly that I feel I can split this planet to its core. But then I am brought back down to reality when I have to work a job; when I see the mediocre celebrated; when I meet actors and models who can't comprehend a single-page contract; when I come across other 'talent' with egos even though they haven't earned it or worse, they're not even bankable; and when I NEVER have enough funds for my creations.
PHOENIX PRODUCTIONS is and always be registered in New York state. That is home. As long as I have the capital.....I can create and produce anywhere. Look at Central Florida's largest employer; their headquarters is in Burbank, California and their name is registered in the state of Maryland. But yet so many Floridians depend on them for a way of life.
I am and ever shall be a one-man operation. I sacrifice all to my art. I have even sacrificied sanity to create. Do I always make money? NO. AND that is where I will stand ontop of the heads of those 'soft' artists/producers. Whereas they believe 'Youtube' hits, 'Myspace' friend count and always making money equals success......I'm in this for eternity and infinity and those two come with a cost, something those 'soft' artists/producers wouldn't understand. My investors get their investments back regardless if I turn a profit or not. When I do come into capital I use it to advertise on places such as greenroomorlando. Douglas and Kim have done a fine service by providing a forum such as this and when I am able I financially patronize their business model.
BUT, there is a reason why God has not made me financially plentiful. Not only would I create like a madman-I would also totally destroy those that get in my way. So, there's a reason for everything.
